Slot machine details and review Fire’n’Frenzy 5
Fire’n’Frenzy 5 online slot is the next installment in the popular series of classic slots from Tom Horn Gaming, which has become a favorite among fans of traditional slot machines. The fifth edition of this fiery series brings both the proven old-school look and small but noticeable changes that elevate the game to a modern level. The slot only has 5 paylines, which is relatively few these days, but considering the return to the classic style, it makes sense.
Slot machine detail:
-
Software provider
Who is the Software provider of the slot machine?
Every slot machine must be developed by a company that invented, designed and put it into operation. Many players eventually find that they only enjoy playing on machines from specific software provider, so they narrow down their selection by preferred brand.

Reels
What are the Cylinders or Reels on a slot machine?
Reels are the basic element of most slot machines and are columns of symbols that spin and stop on the screen gradually during the game. They are therefore the basic element on which symbols spin and on which winning combinations are formed. The most popular numbers of reels are 3 and 5.
-
Winning paylines
What are paylines and how do they work?
Paylines on slot machines are imaginary lines that run through the reels of the machine and determine which combinations of symbols on these lines are considered winning. As the reels spin, players try to achieve winning combinations of symbols on these lines. Combinations must always start from the left. Each payline has its own payout value, and the winnings are determined by the paytable for each symbol on the particular machine. Modern slot machines can have hundreds of paylines, and players often have the option to choose how many of these lines they bet on.

Slot theme and symbols
At first glance, Fire’n’Frenzy 5 looks like a classic fruit machine, inspired by brick-and-mortar casinos. The fiery background, flames flaring around the reels and dark red tones create a sense of tension and heat.
- The symbols on the reels are traditional: cherries, lemons, oranges, grapes, plums, bells, sevens and star symbols. Although the design is based on the classics, the details are modernly processed.
- The animations of wins are smooth, the fire spreads effectively across the paylines and the flames add dynamics to the otherwise relatively simple graphics.
- The result is a successful combination of retro and contemporary visual quality. Music and sound effects are one of the main features of this machine. There is no music waiting for you before you start spinning. You have to spin the reels, thanks to which you will hear their rotation and the final clink.
- This austere presentation is supposed to bring you even closer to the slots of that time. But honestly, it is not a very good idea. Common symbols that fall the most include cherries, lemons, oranges, plums. You can count on them to bring you at least low wins. Grapes and melons will bring you medium wins and the highest will bring you sevens.
- The scatter symbol here is very generous and three or more stars anywhere on the reels mean a decent win. Unfortunately, don’t look for other special symbols here. You may only manage to get to the Gamble feature, which has a Take Half mechanic!
- The RTP in the slot is set at 95.16%, which is significantly below average. However, the volatility is medium, which could guarantee more frequent wins.
