Pick 3 Results: current numbers, rules, winnings table

This bet type requires the player to bet on three numbers from 0 to 9 and in order to win, these must then be drawn in an exact order.

Example: The combination 1, 3, 5 that you bet on must be drawn as 1, 3, 5, however, if a combination, for example, of 3, 1, 5, is drawn, you do not win.

This bet type requires the player to bet on 2 identical numbers and one other (112, 221, 332, 556,…). With two identical numbers and one other, there are only three ways in which numbers bet on like this can be drawn. A bet placed using the 3-Way Box has a greater chance of winning, as you have theoretically placed three bets – see example.

Example: If you bet on the numbers 1, 1, 2 in the Straight bet, the numbers 1, 1, 2 must be drawn in this exact order. However, if you bet the same numbers within the 3-Way Box bet, you win if the numbers 1, 1, 2;  2, 1, 1, or 1, 2, 1 are drawn.

This bet is similar to the 3-Way Box, except you can bet on 3 different numbers. These three numbers bet on can make up 6 diverse possible combinations, that can be drawn – see the example. With this bet, you have 6 combinations bet on and therefore have higher odds of winning, but also a smaller prize – see the winnings table.

Example: If you bet on the numbers 4, 5, 6 then you have bet on all of these combinations: 4, 5, 6;  5, 6, 4;  6, 4, 5;  4, 6, 5;  5, 4, 6 a 6, 5, 4.

This bet type combines two of the already mentioned bets. The player bets on two identical numbers and one other and splits the money deposit in half between the 3-Way Box and the Straight bet. You win if the numbers bet on by you are drawn in any order (see 3-Way Box), however, if they are drawn in the perfect order as bet on (just like in the Straight bet), you win a much bigger prize.

Example: You bet on numbers 3, 3, 2 and if the numbers 2, 3, 3 or 3, 2, 3 are drawn, you win the “3-Way Box bet” and you receive a prize of  £80. However, if the number combination 3, 3, 2, is drawn, then you win the “Straight bet” and you receive a prize of £330. With one bet, you are covering several types.

An identical bet like Straight/Box – 3-way, but with 3 different numbers bet. The odds of winning on this bet are pretty high, because by one bet you cover two bet types and also bet 6 possible combinations. However, this higher chance of winning (1 : 167) is of course compared to the prize, which is lower than within previous bets.

Example: You bet numbers 4, 5, 7 and if numbers 5, 7, 4;  5, 4, 7;  4, 7, 5;  7, 4, 5 or 7, 5, 4 are drawn, you win a prize of 40 €. In case the combination 4, 5, 7 is drawn, you win 290 €.

This type of bet (Combo) is the most expensive, but it also gives the highest winnings and a nice probability of winning. In this bet, you again choose a trio of numbers, where two numbers are the same and one is different (e.g. 1, 1, 2; 3, 5, 5; 8, 8, 2,…), which again gives you three possible combinations that can be drawn – see example. In this bet, unlike the 3-Way Box bet, you bet on each existing combination as a straight bet. The price of the bet there goes up from £0.50 – €1 to £1.50-£3.00, but you win the highest possible jackpot no matter which of the combinations you bet falls.

Example: You choose the numbers 7, 7, 5 and instead of betting these numbers as a 3-Way Box or 3-Way Straight/Box, you make all possible combinations of these three numbers, i.e. 7, 7, 5; 7, 5, 7 and 5, 7, 7 and bet them as a Straight bet. If any of these three combinations is then drawn, you automatically win the jackpot of £250-£500 (the amount of the jackpot depends on the size of your bet).

This bet is identical to the Combo 3-Way bet, but instead of 3 straight bets, you bet on 6 straight bets – again, all possible combinations.

Example: You bet on numbers 4, 5, 6 and choose a 6-Way Combo bet. This means that you bet on 6 number combinations (all existing combinations) and have Straight bets on 4, 5, 6; 4, 5, 6; 5, 6, 4; 6, 4, 5; 4, 6, 5; 4, 6, 5; 5, 4, 6 and 6, 5, 4.

A type of bet in which you bet on only the first two numbers out of three and leave the third number blank. This way you actually place 10 bets – see example. This type of bet has the best probability of winning of all, but the amount of the winnings associated with it is also the lowest.

Example: You bet on 1, 5, x and thus have the following combinations bet: 1, 5, 0; 1, 5, 1; 1, 5, 2; 1, 5, 3; 1, 5, 4; 1, 5, 5; 1, 5, 6; 1, 5, 7; 1, 5, 8 and 1, 5, 9.

Same principle as the bet type just above, but you skip the first number and bet the last two numbers of the three.

Example: Your bets might look like this – x, 1, 0; x, 5, 6; x, 2, 3;…

The Pick 3 lottery is drawn three times per day! More specifically, it is the lunchtime draw at 1 p.m., the teatime draw at 6 p.m. and the evening draw at 9 p.m.

The Pick 3 lottery allows you to place a bet for £0.50 – £1.00 per column (3 numbers).

As the title suggests, in the Pick 3 lottery, you select three numbers. Your task is to hit numbers in a combination (in any order) or a given order, as the numbers are drawn. All of that depends on the bet type you have chosen.

Within the Pick 3 lottery, there are 9 bet types from which you can choose from. Specifically, they are Straight, 3-Way and 6-Way Box, 3-Way and 6-Way Straight/Box, 3-Way and 6-Way Combo, Front Pair and the final one is the Back Pair. You can only place a bet on the Pick 3 lottery online. You can’t place bets on this lottery at any retail sites.
