Personal data manager

The operator of this website is the company ExeMedia s.r.o., based in Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague 5, ID: 13992228, registered in the public register kept under file number C 318942, led nearby Municipal Court in Prague, which is the administrator of your personal data (referred to as “Administrator”), within the meaning of regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) num. 2016/679 about the safety of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and about the free movement of this data and about the repeal of directive 95/46/ES (general regulation on the protection of personal data)(referred to as „Regulation“).

Range of personal data processing

Personal data are processed to the extent that the relevant data subject has provided to the Administrator, while in connection with filling in the relevant form, subscription to newsletters, or ones that the Administrator has collected differently and processes them according to the Regulation or to fulfill the legal obligations of the Administrator.

Comments, discussions, and contact forms

In the case of posting a comment, participating in a discussion, and sending a message or an offer via the contact form, we process the following data:

• Name
• Email address
• Comment or message text
• IP address

Name, e-mail address, and the comment or the message are processed to identify the post’s author and allow us to take part in the discussion so we can reply to you. This processing allows us for the contact and advertising form article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) and in the case of a discussion comment, article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) Regulation.

We will process these personal data for discussion comments during the publication of the article. In the case of contact and advertising forms, we will process mentioned personal data for 3 years. In the case of a contact form, we will process said personal data for 15 years.

The IP address is processed to prevent targeted attacks on the Administrators’ server and for better identification of unsolicited SPAM comments or posts in discussion. This processing allows our justified interest, i. e. article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) Regulation. We will process your IP address for 1 year or as long as the comments or statements in the discussions on these pages are public.

Processed data for the Newsletter

We will only send you newsletters if you subscribe to them. You can do this in the appropriate forms on our website.

The processed personal data in the case of the Newsletter are:

• First name, last name (if provided)
• Phone number (if provided)
• E-mail address
• And other information that you will voluntarily provide through a personal profile questionnaire that we register with each email separately.
  • Where have you already created an account (if provided)
  • What type of information and how often do you want to receive them (if stated)
  • Gender (if specified)
  • Lottery and gambling interests (if provided)

We proceed with this data for inclusion in the database for sending news and business communications, and only based on your consent, i. e. according to article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) Regulation. You have the right to take your consent back at any time, however, if you do not do so, we will store and process the provided data for this purpose for 5 years.

In the footer of each newsletter is a link to end the processing of your data and unsubscribe from the newsletter. Another way to do so is to send an email to the e-mail address: [email protected]. Send a request to this e-mail to be removed from the newsletter and to stop working with your data.

Cookies

We use cookies on this website. You can read about what cookies are here. We use these files for:

1. website functioning, (e.g. login functionality or remembering the user name),
2. measuring website traffic and creating statistics regarding the traffic and visitor behavior on the website to improve the quality of services, for example, displaying relevant content,
3. for marketing purposes.

We can use cookies according to points 1) and 2) based on our justified interest, i.e. according to article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) Regulation. We process cookies according to point 3) based on your personal consent, which is given based on your settings browsers. We process cookies for marketing purposes for a maximum of 13 months.

We only keep cookies necessary for the web functioning for as long as necessary. If you object to this type of cookies, we cannot guarantee the full functionality and compatibility of our website.

Cookies used for measuring website traffic and creating statistics on traffic and visitor behavior on the website are assessed in the form of a collective whole and in an anonymous form that cannot identify you.

We proceed with cookies according to point 3) based on your consent, which is given based on your browser settings. We process these cookies for marketing purposes for a maximum of 13 months.

• require us to delete this personal data – if it is not personal data that we are obliged or authorized to further process according to the relevant legal regulations;
• on data portability and the right to request a copy of processed personal data;
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection;
• for effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights according to the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation.
