- Purchase a scratchcard at one of the retail locations
- The card contains one play grid
- Scratch off the whole play area to reveal all the symbols
- Prize range from £1 to a maximum of £10,000
If you match three symbols in a row—horizontally, vertically, or diagonally—you’ll win the prize indicated by the arrow next to the play grid.

Payout of scratch card winnings
You must claim the prize within 180 days of the game closing.
- Prizes up to and including £500 – you can claim these amount of prizes from most retailers, but some of them can only pay £50 cash.
- £500+ up to and including £50,000 – go to the official website national-lottery.co.uk/prize. After that, you have to fill in the online form to be able to get the prize. They’ll tell you when to post your ticket or scratchcard on their website. If you can’t claim your prize in the ways written above and you’re a UK or Isle of Man citizen, post your ticket or scratchcard to PO Box 287, Watford WD18 9TT.
