When you uncover a play symbol in your numbers that corresponds with the play symbol hidden beneath the 2X multiplier number, you’ll receive a double the value of the prize symbol. If you find a play symbol that matches the one shown under the 5X multiplier number, your prize will be five times the value. Similarly, if you reveal a play symbol that aligns with the symbol under the 10X multiplier number, you’ll earn a prize that is ten times the amount. Lastly, if your number corresponds with the symbol under the 20X multiplier number, you’ll win a prize that is twenty times the value.
Uncovering a tree symbol in your numbers means you’ll automatically win a prize shown directly below that symbol. If you find a symbol “WINALL” (according to the table below) in your numbers, you’ll receive a prize that totals all the amounts of all fifteen prize boxes.

Bought card last week won £2 and retailer refuses to pay out , are they allowed to sell out of date scratch cards? Went off sale September 2024 ?

I think you’re right, I looked at the National Lottery and they don’t have this scratchcard anymore, they only have Cash Bolt Boost. I think someone sold you an old ticket 🙁
