You must claim the prize within 180 days of the game closing.
- Prizes up to and including £500 – you can claim these prize amounts from most retailers, but some of them can only pay you a maximum of £50.00.
- £500+ up to and including £50,000 – go to the official website national-lottery.co.uk/prize. Once there, you will need to complete the online form to be able to claim the prize.
